From your business’s perspective, we can cater for all your transfer requirements, sending currency payments to suppliers, or exchanging currency you have received from buyers. We have access to preferential rates due to the high volume of transactions we turnover, not to high profit margin taken from clients.

We also cater for personal currency services, for house purchase, deposits, mortgatge payments, transfer to foreign accounts, overseas stock purchase etc.

We take zero commission, and offer one free telegraphic transfer per trade, typically on amounts over GBP 3,000, that is when you purchase currency, if it is only going to one destination we do not charge for this whereas you may find most high street banks will charge up to £30. If from one trade, the amount of currency is being sent to multiple destinations, a TT charge will be incurred for the extra payments.

On smaller payments (under GBP 3,000) there may be a £15 charge to cover the cost of the TT but while still obtaining a preferential rate. It is possible to absorb the TT charge in to the price, but it may result in an inferior rate of exchange.

We work on live market rates and keep you constantly updated of any currency fluctuations that affect your personal requirements. This is part of our pro-active approach to trading. We keep things personable, a designated account executive will ensure you receive the highest standard of service, and understand all the processes, covering any queries or problems you might have. You will always speak to a person, no waiting in queues or pressing countless numbers.

Setting up an account is free, no monthly or yearly fees, and with no obligation to trade. Our aim is to provide you with the best rates and service, whether as your sole provider, or as a second option.

All funds received by KBRFX PLC are held in client trust accounts by our bankers, Barclays of Knightsbridge, an AAA rated bank, for security purposes (see attached letter). Please note, to comply with HM Revenue and Customs Legislation we cannot accept cash deposits into these accounts, or third party payments.

We make onward payments as soon as we receive cleared funds from clients, so dependent on how monies are being sent, either same day (CHAPS) or 3 day (BACS), depending on your set up for telephone or internet banking you may not be charged for same and next day transfers.

We provide an express transfer service, using same day international payments, with worldwide coverage. We cover all major currencies, from America through Europe and Asia.
